1. Who we are and these terms

MineTunnel operates MineTunnel. These terms form the contract between you and the operator when you create an account, buy a subscription, or use the service.

Questions and legal notices can be sent to [email protected]. The operator must configure and publish its geographic postal address before production publication.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• • Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• • You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and devices secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
• • A younger player may use the account-free Friend app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
• • One account is for one person and may not be sold, transferred, or shared as a service credential.

3. What MineTunnel provides

MineTunnel creates a public Cloudflare Tunnel hostname that routes Minecraft Java Edition TCP traffic to a server running on the host’s computer. The Host and Friend apps must remain running for the connection to work.

The hostname is public and anyone who receives it may attempt to connect. MineTunnel avoids publishing your home IP to players, but it is not a substitute for a Minecraft allowlist, strong server administration, backups, operating-system security, or moderation.

We may change, maintain, limit, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical, especially changes affecting a paid subscription.

4. Acceptable use

• • Use MineTunnel only for servers and systems you own or are authorised to operate.
• • Do not use it for unlawful content or conduct, malware, denial-of-service activity, unauthorised access, harassment, exploitation, or infringement of another person’s rights.
• • Do not bypass usage limits, probe other accounts, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer security controls where prohibited by law, or resell access without written permission.
• • You remain responsible for your Minecraft server, users you invite, world and server backups, licences, content, and compliance with Mojang/Microsoft rules.

5. Trial, price, renewal, and payment

• • The free trial provides 30 minutes of Host tunnel time and does not require a payment card.
• • Premium costs US $2.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required.
• • Premium renews automatically each month using the payment method held by Stripe until you cancel. Stripe processes payment details; MineTunnel does not store full card numbers.
• • After purchase, we send a durable email confirmation with the price, renewal information, cancellation method, trader details, and links to these terms and the Privacy Notice.
• • We will give advance notice of price changes where required. A changed price applies no earlier than your next renewal after the notice period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• • You can cancel online from the Pricing page using the “Cancel subscription” button. Cancellation stops future renewal and Premium remains available until the displayed end of the paid billing period.
• • You can reactivate before the period ends. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or personal data.
• • If UK or EU consumer cancellation rights apply, you may have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you ask us to start Premium immediately, you request performance during that period and may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied. Where the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.
• • To request a statutory cancellation or refund, email [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, serious or repeated breach, infrastructure protection, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue. You may stop using the service at any time, but you must separately cancel an active subscription.

8. Privacy and service providers

Our Privacy Notice explains the account, tunnel, subscription, security, and communications data used by MineTunnel and identifies Cloudflare, Stripe, and Resend as service providers. It also explains deletion requests and your privacy rights.

9. Availability, warranties, and liability

• • We use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, a particular latency, compatibility with every network or mod, or protection from every attack.
• • Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
• • If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business loss arising from consumer use.
• • If you use MineTunnel for business purposes, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event, except where a limit is prohibited by law.
• • MineTunnel is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK or country where you live.

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. We will post the new date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes. Continuing a subscription after a notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance, subject to your mandatory rights and ability to cancel.
